Body Geometry (BG) 3D Bike Fitting

A properly fit bike will result in a more comfortable ride, the ability to generate more wattage (power) and the capability for cyclists to ride longer and faster than they ever have before.

Bike fit is a marriage between the bicycle and the rider. If the two are incompatible, the marriage will fail. The body cannot easily be altered, but the bike can be adjusted to the rider?s anatomy in multiple ways. Therefore the goal is to MAKE THE BIKE FIT THE BODY, rather than attempting to make the body fit the bike. In connection with Specialized Bicycles, we offer a professional bike fitting system which has been medically developed and scientifically tested.

The process begins with an interview addressing the rider?s experience and style as well as any specific physical concerns. This is followed by a complete physical assessment of body structure and flexibility. Finally we perform a dynamic fit on the bike applying all of the information we have collected. The result is a custom fit that will improve your biking experience and performance.

The fit session usually requires approximately 3 hours
and the cost is $125 ($175 for Tri and TT bikes).
